Inland Wetlands accepted the application and found it non-significant July 8, 2026; approved July 22, 2026 for a 10-by-14 pre-manufactured shed on a gravel pad framed with lumber, no permanent foundation and no excavation. A six-inch PVC drain shown on the plot plan at 2.9% could not be located on the ground; staff believed it an old footing drain, possibly a proposed 1980s location never built.
