Sign applicant for 504 Main Street, Farmington. Subject of a July 2026 dispute before the TPZ over the height of a replacement freestanding sign: the existing non-conforming sign was demolished before a permit was in hand, leaving no way to field-measure it, so staff reconstructed its height from a photograph using an adjacent utility pole. On July 27, 2026 the commission agreed the replacement may not be more non-conforming than what was there.
