A Farmington resident living near 20 Scott Swamp Road, and the only member of the public to comment at the July 27, 2026 Town Plan and Zoning Commission hearing on the concrete crushing application. She asked whether all crushed material had been environmentally tested and whether trucking could be limited to 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The applicant declined the trucking limit.
