People's Action for Clean Energy

Connecticut clean-energy nonprofit, founded in Middletown as an anti-nuclear group and now focused on helping towns cut energy use and emissions. Runs the Clean Energy Action Center, a per-town energy and emissions model. Presented a Farmington energy analysis to the Green Efforts Committee on September 9, 2026.
