Initial term $61,690.98; annual recurring services $46,573.98 with a 5 percent annual uplift beginning in year two. CivicPlus also owns the town's existing social media archiving product, acquired from Archive Social. SeeClickFix was a New Haven, Connecticut company before CivicPlus acquired it.
