Developer of the 20 Scott Swamp Road redevelopment in Farmington, led by president Geoff Sager. The TPZ approved its 62-unit residential plan in January 2026 and on July 27, 2026 approved a special permit and site plan modification allowing on-site concrete crushing during demolition, with conditions. Note the application was filed under the name "The Metro Construction Corporation" while the minutes identify Sager as president of Metro Realty Group, Ltd.
