Friday, Oct. 16, is the regular deadline to register for Farmington's Nov. 3 election. Early voting runs Oct. 19 through Nov. 1 on the third floor of the new Town Hall, and for the first time any voter can ask for an absentee ballot without giving a reason.

Early voting for the August 11 primary runs Monday through Sunday in the third-floor training room at Farmington's new Town Hall. Democrats vote in one race, governor. Republicans vote in one race, the 5th District congressional primary. And 8,414 residents are not eligible to vote at all.
