Farmington Plan of Conservation and Development
Farmington's 2028-2038 Plan of Conservation and Development, the 10-year plan required by CGS 8-23 and adopted by the Town Plan and Zoning Commission. The current POCD expires November 15, 2027; the last full update was 2008, with a 2018 addendum. The Town Council awarded the work to Weston & Sampson on July 28, 2026 for $129,190, which includes $12,500 for survey tasks added for the Town Council strategic plan. One town-wide resident survey serves both documents. The POCD is to be updated by December 2027.
