Farmington Town Council Strategic Plan

The Farmington Town Council's own strategic plan, being refreshed alongside the 2028-2038 Plan of Conservation and Development. Both draw on one town-wide resident survey administered by Weston & Sampson; $12,500 of the firm's $129,190 contract covers the added strategic-plan survey tasks. Results are due back to the council at a work session in December 2026.
