A Hamden man was charged with assault and strangulation after a Saturday afternoon arrest on Batterson Park Road, and was the only person on the weekend log who did not post bond. Inna Manashkin, 34, of Farmington was booked on three separate arrest warrants at police headquarters early Wednesday, the most serious a felony charge of assaulting a public-safety worker that carried a $50,000 bond. Officer Kyler Fausel made all three arrests, and her total bond came to $53,000.
