The log covering 7 a.m. Thursday through 7 a.m. Friday records no arrests, which makes three in a row. Widen the frame and seven of the last twelve logs are blank, all of them since the page covering the last day of August. In the twenty logs before that, the Mercury's archive holds one blank page.
Across those twelve logs Farmington recorded eleven arrests. Seven came on the long weekend.
