Subject of a cease-and-desist order issued September 23, 2025 after excavating a low area later classified by town staff as a wetland. Her restoration plan (about 8,000 sq ft, 575 plants) was approved by the Inland Wetlands Commission on July 22, 2026 with three conditions including annual reporting for three years.
