FARMINGTON — The Farmington Police Department's press arrest log for the twenty-four hours ending at 7 a.m. Friday lists one arrest.
Thursday, 1:55 p.m. Kalina Marie DeJesus, 19, of New Britain, was charged with failure to appear in the second degree, one count. The log lists the charge as pending, sets bond at $5,000 and gives the bond type as surety. The remarks column reads, in full: "Re-arrest warrant. Held on bond." The court date listed is Aug. 28. The arresting officer is listed as Kyler A. Fausel.
The arrest location is given as 319 New Britain Avenue, which is the Farmington Police Department's own address rather than a street location in the ordinary sense. Warrant arrests are routinely recorded there.
Failure to appear in the second degree is the charge for missing a court date on a pending case. What that underlying case is, the log does not say. It also does not say what happened after booking.
Total arrests: one. No other incidents were released for the period.
