Both arrests in the 24 hours ending Friday morning belong to one man: a Wethersfield man, 47, arrested on two warrants at the West Farm Shopping Center an hour and 45 minutes apart, and held on bond both times. It is his fifth date in the logs the Mercury holds.

One arrest in the 24 hours ending Wednesday morning: a Hartford woman, 58, on a warrant for sixth-degree larceny, the lowest of the state's six larceny degrees. Bond was $2,000, and she posted it.
Farmington Police Log, Sept. 18 to 22: Four Arrests, Two Held on $100,000 Bonds
Four people were arrested between Friday evening and early Sunday, two of them held on $100,000 surety bonds. One arrest at Westfarms Mall, logged as a shoplifting matter, carries a felony charge of assaulting public safety personnel. None of the four lives in Farmington, which the department's own three-year log says is the usual case.

Five people were arrested in Farmington over four days, and none was from Farmington. Four posted bond and went home. A 19-year-old from New Britain, picked up on a burglary warrant and held on $100,000, did not.
Farmington Police Log, July 17 to 20: An Assault Arrest and Three Warrants Cleared
A Hamden man was charged with assault and strangulation after a Saturday afternoon arrest on Batterson Park Road, and was the only person on the weekend log who did not post bond. The three other arrests were one Farmington man, served three outstanding warrants in a single 3:15 a.m. booking at the New Britain police station.

A 21-year-old Farmington man, Gannon Montgomery Patrick, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass on July 15 and released on a $1,500 bond. It was the only arrest on the Farmington Police Department's latest daily log.
